Chairman
Richard saw potential in clean energy and made the leap from his telecommunications background to the solar industry. His determination and hard work were significant contributing factors to USG’s multi-million success. Under his leadership, what started as a small team of five has now earned the reputation as one of the leading solar energy compan)es in Australia.
Adila Ishak
Chief Executive Officer
Ms Adila is the driving brains behind USEM’s sales and growth. An engineering
graduate from University College London with over seven years of industrial
experience in construction and strategic marketing, she brings insights into
sustainable construction. She is a strong proponent for renewable energy and
sustainable business initiatives, gaining USEM a competitive advantage and
fresh perspectives on moving forward.
Ahmad Ishak Haron
Advisor
Mr Ishak is the Executive Chairman, Director and Shareholder of Lembah
Setia Sdn Bhd (LSSB). Bearing over 35 years of experience in Construction and
Power and Utility management, he acts as an advisor for USEM, contributing
his merited industrial and corporate knowledge and skills to USEM’s mission
of distributing clean energy to Malaysia.
